Our Story
Regalet Homes began with our family home and a simple idea — to look after it properly and share it with others. From the very beginning, we were hands‑on with everything involved, putting the work in to welcome guests while making sure the home was well cared for and would stand up over time.
As more owners asked for help with their own properties, it became clear that the same approach was needed elsewhere. That meant learning as we went, fixing what didn’t work, improving how things were done, and refusing to settle for the shortcuts and low standards that others accept.
Since forming Regalet Homes in 2018, we’ve continued to develop our practices, raise standards, and invest real time into how homes are managed and how guests are looked after.
Today, we manage short‑term lets across the local area, working closely with a trusted local team who help us look after each property properly. These are homes people care deeply about and choose to share, and we take real pride in looking after them well — so guests can experience the magic the Highlands and local areas have to offer.
How We Manage Our Homes
Behind every stay is a carefully run system designed to keep things simple, comfortable, and well looked after. We focus on the essentials — bookings, guests, property care, and changeovers — so each home runs smoothly from one stay to the next.
We look after listings, availability, and pricing across booking platforms, handle guest communication and on‑stay support, and coordinate changeovers, including cleaning, laundry, linen, and safety checks. Day to day, we also keep an eye on the wider details, from routine inspections and maintenance coordination to stock levels and compliance support.
Our approach is hands‑on, organised, and rooted locally. It means homes are cared for properly, guests know someone is there if they need help, and everything works quietly in the background so staying — and hosting — feels easy.
